Traditional 4 barrel cluster with crisp Damascus twist, barrels are numbered to their bolsters, with Belgian ELG proof and "(Crown) / V". Rounded action with removable plates is engraved with florals, which extend down tang. Front strap marked "MARIETTE BREVETTE". Ring trigger with florals on bottom of band, cap cutout of right side of action. Ebony grips with "6284" on right scale, retained by a single screw. Housed in a associated case that fits well, with green lining and contains accessories comprising a cylindrical flask, and a bullet mold for a gun of smaller caliber with both conical and ball forms. CONDITION: Very good. Barrels with crisp, well defined twist and some softening to muzzles. Bolsters have been polished and 1 nipple, probably the one the hammer rested on, is rubbed of its high polish bluing. Action has scattered patination on left side. Grips are very good. Case is good with handling marks and rubs throughout, missing one side of top lid and lock escutcheon with other associated handling marks. Accessories are good with associated handling marks. Formerly part of the Allan Klein.
