Lady's antique 18k white gold diamond filigree ring consisting of 3 old-mine cut round diamonds each measuring approximately 4.5mm with an estimated total weight of 1.00cts, and 8 round cut side diamonds with an estimated total weight of 0.16cts. Overall, the ring has an estimated diamond total weight of 1.16cts. Outer two diamonds are near colorless. Center diamond has some body color. Stamped "18K" inside shank. Finger size 6 1/4. Gross weight 3.4 grams. Width at top is 9mm.
