7 - 1/2" barrel chambered in .44-40 WCF with blade front sight and frame notch rear sight. Blackpowder frame with donut ejector rod head. About 75% coverage engraved with machine-cut scroll accented by band at muzzle, cross hatching on either side of frame, sunburst on backside of loading gate and on top of backstrap near hammer. Stylistically initialed "TR" on left side of recoil shield. 1 piece imitation ivory plastic grips, with carving of buffalo on left grip panel and stylistic "TR" initials on right panel. Complete with a non-factory wood case lined in blue velvet with US Marshal seal on inside of lid and reproduction US Marshal badge. CONDITION: Excellent, with silver plated assemblies turned an attractive toned patina with trace amounts of gilt in engraving scrolls. Gilt assemblies are bright with virtually all of their finish remaining. Grips are excellent, with no major cracks or gouges, and small pits in right grip panel near initials. Bore is bright with visible rifling. Case is excellent with minor handling marks.
