Antique gold nugget and diamond ring consisting of 1 round old mine-cut diamond measuring approximately 4.1mm in diameter with an estimated weight of 0.25cts, graded G/H color, SI2 clarity. This ring is completely hand-made from real mined gold nuggets. Hand engraved inside band with "CBB to HEP 8-15-16". Finger size 7 1/2. Width at top 7.5mm. Unmarked. Gross weight 7.9 grams.
