An extensive British Medal bar named to F. Coleman, Royal Marine Light Infantry and Royal Navy. Coleman's medals are nicely mounted and include his 1914-15 Star named on reverse "PO. 18443, / PTE. F. COLEMAN, / R.M.L.I.", War Medal impressed "PO. 18443 PTE F. COLEMAN. R.M.L.I.", Victory Medal PO 18443 PTE F. COLEMAN. R.M.L.I.", unnamed Defence Medal, unnamed War Medal 1939-1945, King George V Silver Jubilee Medal impressed "F. COLEMAN. K.57833 H.M. YACHT V&A", King George VI Coronation Medal engraved "P/KX 90588 S.P.O. F. COLEMAN. H.M.Y. VICTORIA & ALBERT", and Naval Long Service and Good Conduct Medal (King George V version 1) impressed "K.57833 F. COLEMAN. STO.1. H.M.Y. VICTORIA. & ALBERT." HMY Victoria and Albert was a royal yacht of the Royal Navy launched in 1899. She served 4 sovereigns, and was decommissioned as royal yacht in 1939, served during World War II, and was broken up in 1954. Copies of Coleman's records included. CONDITION: Medals exhibit a varying patina with light wear and blemishes.
