Topps marketed all kinds of interesting products to convince retailers to purchase cases of trading cards in the seventies, especially with their very limited prints of hockey cards. One box in this factory sealed unopened wax case of 1976-1977 Topps hockey, containing four boxes with thirty-six packs per box, actually has a coupon to redeem for the aforementioned goodies (now expired of course). Each pack contains nine cards and one glossy photo insert card, and the case is authenticated and wrapped by Baseball Card Exchange. This set contains the rookie card of Hall of Famer Bryan Trottier, and numerous other stars and Hall of Famers, including Ken Dryden, Bobby Orr, Guy Lafleur and Phil Esposito, all of whom are likely to appear multiple times should the winner decide to open this incredible time capsule. The original factory seals intact with very minor outer box wear, including black marker notations and a shipping label on the lid. Factory sealed wax cases from before 1978 are seldom offered for sale. Here’s your chance to add one to your collection!
