This 1960 Topps Baseball First Series Wax Pack has been assessed with the lofty grade of PSA Mint 9 and is the highest graded example. With its bright yellow wrapper, Topps entered the sixties with one of its most beautiful offerings ever, horizontal cards featuring 2 photographs of each player.
