German Merkel Model 147SL shotgun made by Gebruder Merkel in Suhl, Germany circa 2000 and imported by G.S.I. Industries of Trussville, Alabama. Blued 26 - 3/4" chopper lump barrels in 28 gauge with extension, ejectors, 2 - 3/4" chambers, matted rib, Hi-Viz front sight, and Full and Modified chokes. Coin finished game scene engraved scalloped Anson and Deeley boxlock action with automatic safety, side clips, Merkel single selective trigger, and Greener style crossbolt. Checkered walnut pistol grip stock with hard rubber grip cap and buttplate. Matching semi-beavertail checkered walnut forearm with latch release. CONDITION: 98% original blue with bright coin finish and 98% of original hand rubbed finish with light handling marks. Excellent bores and mechanics and appears to be fired very little.
