Circa 1970. Barrels with broadway rib, equipped with white plastic fore and mid beads and anti-glare matting. Left side marked "BROWNING ARMS COMPANY", right marked "12 GA - SHELLS 2 3/4" - MADE IN BELGIUM - BROWNING PATENT". Wide forearm with point-and-wave pattern checking. Matching serial numbers on 2 part Deely release, lower left side of chambers. Over barrel marked "*" and "*-" for full and improved modified. Blued boxlock receiver with Grade I engraving. Flat knob short tang stock with sidepanels, point checkering about the wrist. Browning brown pad, top of comb is dry and chemically cleaned of varnish; appears to have had a pad at some point, later removed. CONDITION: Retains virtually all of the factory bluing with clean engraving, some handling and use marks throughout. Barrels with surface level oxidation, most approximately 5" from muzzle. Stock with numerous marks from the field, but free of cracks or chips. Safety frozen. Ejectors slightly out of time, top firing first. Bores are good with some firing residue and very minor frosting, mostly towards chambers.
