Circa 1963. Barrels with ventilated rib equipped with single steel bead and anti-glare matting. Left side of barrels marked "BROWNING ARMS COMPANY ST LOUIS Mo. & MONTREAL P.Q. / SPECIAL STEEL - 12 GA. - SHELLS 2 3/4"", right marked ""PATENTS No 2,203,378 - 223386 / MADE IN BELGIUM". Round nose game forearm with point pattern checking. Matching serial numbers on 2 part Deely release, lower left side of chambers. Barrels marked "**" and "**-" for Modified and Improved Cylinder. Blued boxlock receiver with Grade I engraving. Round knob long tang stock of a fairly restrained straight grained walnut with sidepanels and point-and-wave checkering about the wrist. Pachmayr White Line pad, not Browning marked, and of later vintage. CONDITION: Retains virtually all of the factory bluing with clean engraving, some handling and use marks throughout, most notable where forearm reciprocates against bottom barrels. Stock with numerous marks from the field, and some oil staining but free of cracks or chips. Mechanically fine, excepting ejectors which are slightly out of time, top firing first. Bores are good with some firing residue and very minor frosting, mostly towards chambers.
