Single 15" Globe Lens on Low Profile Metal Body. A very rare C. 1930's Globe Lens for Maple Leaf Gasoline showing detailed Leaf graphic, possibly the only known example of this Lens. A product of Central Co-Operatives Association, Calgary, Alberta. CONDITION: Lens displays excellent color throughout the graphic but shows a repaired crack in the right field approximately 6" long. Crack has been repaired and is sound. Lens shows some minimal surface scratching at the face with some minor areas of light cloudiness in the white backing but overall well displaying. Lens is set with snap ring onto an original Low Profile Metal Body that shows heavy wear and patina but displays excellent. A very rare example of this Lens for maple Leaf Gasoline.
