Standard configuration 9x19mm Parabellum Luger manufactured by Mauser for commercial sales in 1937. The receiver is stamped "1937" over the chamber with a double "(Crown)/ U" present on the left hand side, which is also present on the left side of the breechblock. Toggle bears Mauser's banner logo. Major metal components are blued, while some smaller components are strawed or nitre blued. All numbers are matching with the exception of the grips, with the left grip only being marked "v", as well as the barrel, which is an unserialized replacement. CONDITION: Metal components retain the majority of their factory applied blue finish, exhibiting mild edge wear, some areas of minor thinning, as well as some areas of mild surface oxidation. Strawed components appear to have been reheated at one point in time. Bore is bright, exhibiting moderate surface level pitting and strong rifling throughout. Grips show some smoothing and a few scattered handling marks, but are otherwise fine.
