Made in 1889 with 33" blued round barrel with Buffington rear sight, 1884 dated casehardened low arch breech block, U.S. Springfield/Eagle marked lock, and 1889 cartouched walnut stock with small replaced chip and original period sling. CONDITION: N.R.A. Excellent, with nearly all of the original finishes remaining. There is a replaced wood chip behind the lock. Bore is bright with sharp rifling. This Trapdoor is a nice example.
