Set of World War II US Marine Corps P41 fatigues with theater made 4th Marine Division bracelet. The jacket is in standard P41 configuration with 1 upper and 2 lower pockets, with the upper pocket featuring the correct USMC stamp. No visible markings with the exception of faint remnants of a name which was written in the collar with ink. Trousers are in standard P41 configuration with 2 side and 2 back pockets. No visible markings with the exception of laundry numbers which are stamped around the waist. The set came with a theater made 4th Marine Division bracelet which is constructed of Japanese aircraft aluminum. CONDITION: Salty. The jacket retains its original green color with areas that have yellowed due to the Pacific climate and age. Jacket retains all of its original USMC donut buttons. Oxidation is noticed on several of the buttons. USMC stamp is nicely preserved. Jacket exhibits a 3" tear on the left shoulder. Fragile. Trousers exhibit similar patina with more vibrant green color and areas which have yellowed. Only 2 of the original USMC donut buttons remain on the fly, the others were replaced by period plastic buttons. Some areas of fraying, with several tears, the largest measures approximately 2 - 1/4". Bracelet exhibits scattered scuffs and scratches. Overall good. A very nice, honest set of USMC P41 fatigues with a definite "been there" look and feel. JLD
