Over/under rifle shotgun combination gun "Bockbuchsflinte" made by Joseph Defourny, Herstal, Belgium circa 1920. Blued 25 - 1/4"" Nitro Proofed barrels in 12 gauge over 9.3x74mmR with matted sight plane, bead blade front sight, folding notch rear sight. Full coverage vignette engraved hammerless sidelock action with double triggers, tang safety, and floral engraved steel trigger guard. Checkered walnut English grip stock with no cheekpiece and checkered butt. Matching checkered walnut push button release forearm of unique offset shape. Comes with Browning trunk case. CONDITION: 90% original barrel blue with light edge wear with spot worn to gray from sling swivel removal. Action has slightly dull original coin finish with sharp engraving. 80% original hand rubbed finish remaining with checkering starting to flatten from use with some minor dings and scratches. Added carving on top of comb. Good bores and mechanics.
