Winchester Custom Shop made "Ultimate Classic" Model 70 made in New Haven, Connecticut between 1999 and 2001 in this caliber. Stainless finished octagonal tapered 24" sightless barrel in .338-06. Stainless finish pre-64 style action with jeweled claw extractor bolt and 3-position safety. Figured walnut checkered pistol grip stock with Winchester black soft rubber pad and stainless finished grip cap. Comes in Winchester hard plastic case. CONDITION: Overall excellent and possibly unfired with light handling marks. Excellent bore and mechanics.
