Lot consists of: (A) US World War II V-Mail poster depicting a woman writing a letter. Original postage information on reverse. (B) WWII "Don't Travel--unless your trip helps the war" poster depicting a mother with a son in service banner in the background. Original postage information on reverse. (C) "Could this be you?" poster advising Americans against travel during wartime circumstance. Original postage information on reverse. (D) WWII "Me travel? not this summer" poster depicting a man relaxing at home and promoting at home vacations during the war. Original postage information on reverse. (E) WWII "Is Your Trip Necessary?" poster depicting a crowd of people and soldiers and advocating for lack of travel during the war. All posters are roughly the same size with the largest measuring approximately 28" x 21". CONDITION: All posters display attractive graphics with vibrant colors. All exhibit blemishes typical of old paper including pin holes at the corners, creasing, fold lines, edge wear, and scattered tears. All are very presentable and are ready for framing.
