P'00/06 Luger manufactured by DWM in a batch of approximately 1500 Lugers under contract for Switzerland. Receiver bears the Swiss Federal cross within a shield over the chamber, with a single small Swiss Federal cross acceptance proof present on the left and right side. Toggle bears the intertwined "DWM" monogram. Pistol is comprised of New Model components on an Old Model frame. Major metal components exhibit a blued finish, while some smaller components are strawed. Frame is mounted with 2-piece checkered walnut grips. All serialized components are matching and include the frame, takedown lever, sideplate, trigger, grip safety, barrel, receiver, breechblock, as well as the toggles. CONDITION: Major metal components retain bountiful amounts of their professionally reapplied blue finish, exhibiting a few minor areas of very mild wear, mainly present at the muzzle and on the toe of the frame. Strawed components are extremely fine as reheated at one point in time, exhibiting some very light wear from storage and handling. Brilliant mirror bore, exhibiting well defined lands and grooves throughout. Grips show some spots of mild smoothing, as well as a couple nicks to the diamonds, but are otherwise extremely fine. A very attractive example of a Swiss P'00/06 Luger.
