Mess fork. Partial knife. Heel plates. Razor. Several chinstrap buckles. Folding corkscrew. Cast ornamental 6-leaved flower. Portions of 2 artillery fuse plugs. Misc. percussion caps, etc. Lot also includes portions of 2 stoneware bottles, 1 reassembled Macfarlan maple syrup bottle, 1 small bottle marked Bomford, 1 reassembled stoneware plate, 1 small iron bucket, bent, with 1 brass bracket in place, identified by collector as an artillery bucket. Find locations include the "Shaler Camp," named after Shaler bullets found there, along Potomac Creek in Stafford County, Va. CONDITION: Excavated.
