Lot consists of: (A) Tastefully mounted Japanese World War II hinomaru yosegaki "Good Luck Flag" that measures approximately 35" x 30" including the frame. Very nice silk construction and almost completely covered in Kanji. CONDITION: The flag exhibits fading throughout, with scattered stains and signs of handling wear. Frame with handling wear. (B) Japanese WWII senninbari "one thousand stitch" belt worn by soldiers going away to war. The belt is also tastefully mounted and measures approximately 35 - 1/2" x 9 - 1/4" including the frame. CONDITION: The belt is nicely constructed and remains intact with scattered areas of yellowing. A very nice set of displayable Japanese bring backs.
