Manufactured circa 1863 to 1888. Brilliantly nickel finished with a fluted .32 4-barrel cluster marked on the left and right respectively with Remington address and patent information. Half moon front sight and frame notch rear. Standard ring trigger and 2-piece smooth hard rubber grips. Inscribed on the butt "D. E. Leavitt". CONDITION: Excellent. Nearly all of the factory nickel is retailed with some minor areas of clouding. Internals exhibit brilliant original nitre blue. Grips are serviceable with some minor chipping. Bright bores displaying strong rifling. Mechanically fine.
