Salvatore Puddu is known as an elite lockback folding knifemaker and is regarded as one of, if not the best, multiblade folding lockback knifemakers in the world. 3 - 3/4" blade and 8 - 5/8" overall length. Grip is deeply relief engraved by Valerio Peli with foliate and floral scroll interrupted by 2 pinned Mother of Pearl panels shaped with accenting geometrics. Peli is a member of the engraving group Creative Art in Italy, and is well known as a firearms engraver because of this. Creative Art states that Peli can "make any type of engraving and piercing on gold and on steel." Leaves and inside of grip are gold washed. Knife is further accented with file work on grip edges. CONDITION: Excellent+ with blade bright. Grip and grip panels retain virtually all of their original finishes with no major signs of distress. Mechanically fine, as knife locks tightly when extended.
