Custom Luger produced in the John Martz style, assembled from a Mauser production frame, with various other components. The receiver is stamped "1988" over the chamber, which is also present on the front of the frame and magazine bottom. Left side of frame is stamped "P.08", with a "(Crown)/ N" commercial nitro proof present on the left side of the breechblock. Custom barrel measures 3 - 1/8" in length. Metal components are polished in-the-white and frame is mounted with aftermarket 2-piece checkered wood grips. CONDITION: Metal components retain a mostly lustrous polished in-the-white finish, exhibiting some areas of rough machining marks and areas of pitting overall. Mirror bore, exhibiting sharp, well defined rifling throughout. Grips exhibit mild smoothing and are poorly fit.
