Made circa 1865-1888 in standard small frame configuration for .22 RF. Brass front sight, notch rear sight. Grip scales are mixed ivory and bone scales. Acid etched florals on frame depicting a cornucopia spewing forth. Remington address over breech. Housed in a contemporary French fitted case with a modern printed Vest Pocket advertisement in lid. CONDITION: Metal is essentially gunmetal grey throughout with some softening to engraving on left side of frame. Some areas of light peppering. Bore with visible rifling and areas of oxidation. Case is good as new, with some separation at joints, particularly lower left.
