Very early c. 1880's to 1890's Schloss & Co. combination dice popper and cigar cutter, stamped on the bottom side "Patent Applied For." Press the lever to cut cigars and roll the dice. CONDITION: It is in good working condition. The gold on black lettering on the cast iron is in immaculate condition.
