CONDITION: Very good. (B) 1790 release for land sold by Peter Monfoort of Flushing. Paper. CONDITION: Poor; separations. (C) Probate of will of Francis Ford. CONDITION: Poor. Torn at right edge. (D) 1850 mortgage. 3 sheets. British. CONDITION: Excellent. Very displayable.
