Lot consists of (A) 12 piece Civil War-era amputation set comprising 2 bone saws, 4 amputation knives, tourniquet, clamp, cutter, pair forceps, hook retractor in a wooden book. Circa 1865. CONDITION: Excellent, showing minimal wear. (B) Boxed set of rare ophthalmology surgical instruments consisting of more than 30 ivory-handled instruments with accessories. Housed in a double-layered box marked "John Weiss & Son London". CONDITION: Excellent with some normal wear. (C) Boxed set of 49 glass eyes with various colored irises. CONDITION: Excellent.
