Lot consists of: (A) Bowie knife with clip point blade and sawback spine. Downturned crossguard with wood handle. Marked "J. BOWIE" on blade. CONDITION: NRA Good. (B) This Commemorative Jim Bowie Knife was issued by the United States Historical Society several years ago and commemorates the Vidalia, Mississippi sandbar knife fight which established the Bowie legend. Nicely finished blade with James and Rezin Bowie portraits. Crossguard marked "SOLINGEN / GERMANY". Wood handle with escutcheon. Missing case. CONDITION: NRA Good.
