Classic configuration dated 1917 over the chamber, and DWM in script on toggle. Appropriate proof throughout, fine tune rear sight, barleycorn blade front sight. Full or partial numbers observed throughout, including small parts. With an original numbered wood bottom magazine. Accessories include an unmarked original leather holder with ink "Bohfe (?) on rear, somewhat difficult to read, containing a wooden handled cleaning rod, an appropriately proofed flatboard stock numbered to a different gun on the iron, and a 32 round snail drum with adapter for an MP18 and a reproduction loader. CONDITION: Overall very good, retaining the majority of the factory finishes, with some thinning to sharp edges, including at muzzle, and some pings, noticeable at takedown and muzzle in particular. Distension from application of stamp visible throughout. Grips are very good with some abraded heads. Strong traces of straw in protected areas. Accessories are very good with expected handling marks throughout. Mechanically fine, bore is very good.
