Model PP manufactured by Walther during the latter end of World War II. These "ac" coded PP pistols were hastily produced by unskilled workers at the Walter arsenal in an attempt to meet the dire armament requirements imposed by the German military, and as a result, lack the fit, finish, and polish most commonly associated with Walther's PP and PPK lines of pistols. The left side of the slide is blank, with the right side bearing the serial number over Walther's "ac" code. The right side of the slide, chamber, and barrel bears an "(Eagle)/ N" commercial nitro proof. Metal components are blued, while the frame is mounted with 2-piece Walther banner logo checkered black plastic grips. Matching serial numbers are present on the frame and slide. CONDITION: Very Good, with metal components retaining the majority of their original arsenal blue finish, exhibiting mild edge wear and some scattered superficial marks from handling and storage overall. Mirror bore, exhibiting some spots of minor oxidation in the grooves and retaining strong rifling throughout. Grips exhibit smoothing, with the left grip panel exhibiting some cracking and a loss on the left side.
