A very nice example of a land grant signed by 6th President of the United States, John Quincy Adams. The grant is on vellum and is and is for John D. White for an Ohio property sized at 80 acres. Signed at the bottom right "J.Q. Adams" and dated 13 March 1828. Stamped in by records services in the 1920s on reverse. The signature was authenticated and comes with a James Spence Authentication Full Letter of Authenticity. Former Dr. John K. Lattimer Collection. Light edge wear with scattered blemishes that do not detract from the writing and display. Ink exhibits slight fading. CONDITION: Good.
