A lovely 2/3 scale reproduction of a touchhole fired "6 pounder". The black-painted, steel-lined cast iron tube measures 42" from muzzle to cascabel, with the smoothbore measuring approximately 2". Stamped "C.S.A." between the trunnions. Mounted to a detailed iron mounted, olive-painted field carriage on 39" spoked wood wheels with iron tires. The brass carriage date plate reads "PHELPS PARKE & CO. PITTSBURGH PA" around "1863". Complete with several rammers with wipes and a muzzle cap. CONDITION: Good. Tube retains most of its flaking black paint with some areas of oxidation. Carriage has a weathered appearance, and remains stable for display with some separation. Cannon is imposing and attractive as is, but could benefit from a restoration making it a useable range piece.

This is not a standard shippable item and will require 3rd party shipping or pickup arrangements to be made.
