Beautiful and rare leaded glass table lamp by Unique Art Glass. The 16" diameter shade features a gorgeous background of multicolored glass which starts as a deep red towards the aperture, progressing towards pinks, yellows and greens as it descends towards the lower rim. The lower border is further decorated by a series of deep red poppy flowers, accented with streaks of yellow. The shade sits on a patinated metal Unique Art Glass trumpet-style table base. The three-socket base is finished in a reddish-brown patina with lovely verdigris accents. Condition: The shade is in excellent condition with a small number of tight heat cracks. The base is in excellent condition, free of any dents or cracks. Includes original couple sockets with acorn poles. This lamp appears in "Mosaic Shades Volume 2" by Paul Crist, p. 65.
