Frank Wesson medium frame Model 1870 Pocket Rifle made between 1870 and 1893 by Frank Wesson Arms Company Worcester, Massachusetts. 1 of 5000 produced. Blued octagon 18" side rotating barrel with hooded front sight and adjustable rear sight missing elevator with manual extractor. Barrel is marked "Frank Wesson Worcester, Mass./Patented May 31, 1870". Brass medium frame with thumb trigger, rosewood grips, and serial numbered 349 with matching "349" marked brass skeleton stock. CONDITION: Barrel has faded to a silvery patina with surface corrosion. The brass has faded to a dark patina. The wood has traces of finish with light scratches. Pitted bore. Mechanics need attention as hammer does not cock.
