Schuetzen-style percussion rifle made in Chercenary, Switzerland, by an unknown gunsmith at an unknown time. Belgian-proofed octagon .69 caliber smoothbore barrel with small blade front sight, notch rear sight, breech pedestal for sight mounting,g and tang pedestal peep sight. Walnut full stock with checkered wrist, horn muzzle cap, German silver Swiss style buttplate, and stock furniture. Comes with a leather carrying strap. CONDITION: Metal turning a brown patina with light freckling. The stock has traces of the original finish with light handling marks and dings. Dark pitted bore with good mechanics.
