Rare brown doll (peeling on limbs, piece missing from back neck, overall crazing) with black molded hair, factory original dress with attached panties, hat, shoes and socks. Boxed “Patsyette Dutch Girl,” all factory original with mohair braids, costume, hat and wooden shoes, in original box with perfect composition and wrist tag.
