Very rare Black “Patsy Jr.” with black molded hair and two short black yarn braids, painted side-glancing eyes original factory red silk dress with label, metal heart wrist tag also (overall crazing and some peeling on arms, dress is deteriorating), red UFDC convention ribbon.
Condition: (Good - Excellent).
