All composition “Patsy Tinyette” toddler with molded and painted hair, painted eyes, factory original dress, undies, hat, shoes and socks. “Wee Patsy” in factory original dress with “Colleen Moore Fairy Princess” pin. Another “Wee Patsy” with quite a bit of facial peeling, replaced dress.
