Lot consists of: (A) Luftwaffe 1st model dagger with a "EMIL VOOS SOLINGEN" marked blade with moderate runner and scattered blemishes throughout. Older polishing. Aluminum fittings have wear and a nice patina. Blue leather wire-wrapped grip has wear with scattered blemishes and slightly loose wire. Blue leather-covered steel scabbard exhibits 1 area of separation. Aluminum fittings exhibit scattered blemishes with dent to drag. All screws present. Aluminum chain hanger exhibits light wear and a nice patina with a " GES. GESCH OLC" marked clip. CONDITION: Good. (B) Luftwaffe 2nd Model dagger with unmarked nickel-plated steel blade. The blade exhibits areas of crossgraining with moderate runner marks and scattered blemishes throughout. Aluminum crossguard and pommel exhibit an older polishing with a light patina. The wire-wrapped white trylon grip has a nice patina with scattered blemishes and 1 chip exposing the wood. The finished steel scabbard exhibits a dark patina with a few dents. CONDITION: Good (C) Luftwaffe 2nd Model dagger with "ORIGINAL EICKHORN SOLINGEN" marked nickel plated steel blade. The blade exhibits a gray patina with moderate runner marks and freckling throughout. Aluminum crossguard and pommel exhibit an older polishing with a light patina. Hole punched through pommel swastika. The wire-wrapped orange trylon grip has nice patina with scattered blemishes and a few chips toward the pommel. The finished steel scabbard is bright with visible crossgraining. CONDITION: Good
