Lot consists of: (A) Luftwaffe 1st model dagger with a "ROBI KLASS SOLINGEN" marked blade with runner marks, blemishes throughout, and a heavier patina. Fittings exhibit heavy patina with evidence of gold wash. Swastikas retain surrounding gold finish. Blue leather wire-wrapped grip exhibits wear with scattered blemishes and tight wire, possibly replaced. Leather-covered steel scabbard was rewrapped. Fittings are ferrous and exhibit pitting, missing screws. Unmarked metal hanger. CONDITION: Fair. (B) Luftwaffe 1st model dagger with "Siegfried Waffen, Solingen" marked nickel-plated steel blade. The blade exhibits scattered blemishes throughout with freckling and light edge wear. Fittings exhibit a pleasing patina. Blue leather wire-wrapped grip exhibits wear with scattered blemishes and mostly tight wire. A few chips by pommel. No scabbard. CONDITION: Fair. (C) Luftwaffe 2nd model dagger with unmarked nickel-plated steel blade. The blade exhibits areas of cross-graining, with moderate runner marks and scattered blemishes throughout. Aluminum crossguard and pommel retain some of the dark finish in the recesses with a nice patina, possible older cleaning. The wire-wrapped white trylon grip has light patina with light blemishes. CONDITION: Good.
