Lot consists of: (A) German World War II Heer Dress Sword with “ORIGINAL EICKHORN SOLINGEN” marked blade. The nickel-plated steel blade remains bright with oxidation and scattered blemishes throughout its length. Ferrule and hilt are made of gilded brass, which has light wear and a nice patina throughout. The black wire-wrapped trylon grip is intact and without damage. Complete with black painted steel scabbard retains most of its original factory paint with scattered scuffing and wear. CONDITION: Good. (B) German WWII Heer Dress Sword with “ORIGINAL EICKHORN SOLINGEN” marked blade. The nickel-plated steel blade remains bright with scattered blemishes but is preserved with cosmoline. Ferrule and hilt are made of gilded brass, which exhibits oxidation and a nice patina throughout. The black wire-wrapped trylon grip is intact and without damage. Slightly loose wire. Complete with black painted steel scabbard retains some of its original factory paint with scattered scuffing and wear. A portepee is secured to the hilt. CONDITION: Good. (C) German Third Reich Heer Dress Sword with “AWS Alcosa Solingen” marked blade. The nickel-plated steel blade remains bright with scattered light blemishes throughout its length and edge wear. Ferrule and hilt are made of gilded brass which has light wear and a nice patina. The black wire-wrapped trylon grip is intact and without damage. Complete with black painted steel scabbard retains most of its original factory paint with scattered scuffing and wear. CONDITION: Very good.
