Effanbee early shoulder head marked “Patsy,” very rare and hardly ever found in this large size, with smiling mouth (mouth repainted, light overall crazing), clear lashed blue sleeping eyes, original brown human hair wig, cloth body, composition lower limbs (crazing and wear on hands), vintage clothing; Tousle head “Mary Lee” on Patsy Joan body (factory combination), blonde caracul wig, clear lashed blue sleeping eyes, (complete doll refinished), cute straw doll purse with Patsy-type doll head.
