All composition with Patsy Joan body, a correct factory combination. Tousle head with caracul wig (worn in spots), clear lashed blue sleeping eyes, open mouth with teeth, sweet factory organdy dress with Patsy Doll Club pin, replaced undies, shoes and socks. With a trunk 20" x 10 ½" x 11" crammed full of vintage clothing for Patsy-type dolls, not all will fit Mary Lee. Nine vintage dresses, three coats, one dress with matching coat, bathrobe, jumpsuit, two sweaters, snow suit, 11 hats (some match dresses), bathing suit, sweater set, eight other vintage dresses, lots of panties and underwear, and a drawer full of vintage shoes and socks.
