One Gallon Flat Can. Very scarce C. 1910's One Gallon for Polarine Motor Oils showing an excellent Touring Car graphic with unique script. A product of Standard Oil Company of Indiana. CONDITION: Can is overall fair throughout showing good color with areas of low gloss throughout as well as some areas of color loss at the edges and outer fields. Can shows some minor areas of scratching with only a couple of minimal dents. Can shows a well displaying front with original lid, spout and carrying handle intact. One of the first known examples of graphic Polarine advertising and a well displaying piece.
