Deluxe Winchester Model 71 as made by Winchester Repeating Arms Company in 1956. Blued 24" round Winchester Proof Steel barrel with hooded ramp front sight and plugged rear dovetail. Blued receiver with Lyman 66A peep sight with a blued two-thirds magazine. Checkered walnut pistol grip stock with Winchester checkered steel buttplate and Winchester grip cap. Matching checkered walnut forearm with blued detachable sling swivels. CONDITION: 95% original blue with light edge and operation wear. 95% original varnish with some light scratches and handling marks. Good bright bore and crisp mechanics.
