Lot consists of: (A) Thermoplastic cased quarter plate tintype of a hand-tinted Union soldier in a short uniform jacket with shoulder straps. (B) Quarter plate tintype in a half thermoplastic case of a triple-armed Union soldier wearing a kepi with a stag-handled bowie knife and revolver in his belt. (C) 9th plate tintype in full thermoplastic case of Union corporal with hand-tinted blue infantry stripes. (D) 9th plate tintype of a Union soldier with gold tinted buttons in full thermoplastic case. (E) 6th plate tintype of Union officer in full thermoplastic case with patriotic eagle, cannon, and flag mat. (F) 9th plate tintype in full thermoplastic case of young Union officer bust view with hand tinted gold buttons. CONDITION: (B) shows some crazing and fading with half the case not present. All others show good clarity and condition.
