Remington 700 rifles are extremely popular options for building custom rifles as there is a plethora of aftermarket parts available for them. This example is fit with a 22" threaded barrel (unmarked for pitch), in a McMillan style stock with textured forearm and pistol grip, adjustable cheekpiece, and dual palm swells. Mounted with a Leupold Vari-X III 4.5-14x50mm SFP scope with mil-dot reticle and attached tape for recording DOPE on a clever spindle-mounted piece of sheet steel. VersaPod on spigot mount that doubles as foreword attachment point for sling; rear point on toe line. CONDITION: Overall very good with some normal marks from range use. Mechanically fine, bore is excellent with some minor frosting in grooves. Glass is clear. A great rifle for the range.
