DSP. Sign is Maker Marked Ingram Richardson. An outstanding example of this early and well displaying Porcelain Flange for Gulf Supreme Auto Oil showing unique shaded lettering as well as orange disc. CONDITION: Side one shows outstanding color & gloss with only a minimal amount of faint surface wear from storage. Side one shows a factory blemish in the shading of the "E" in Supreme, Grade 9.0+. Side two also showing outstanding color & gloss throughout with minor areas of faint surface scratch as well as some factory flaw in the blue shading in "Supreme". The outer edge of side two is excellent, Grade 9.0. Flange portion shows light chipping at two mounting holes but overall excellent. A well displaying example of this early flange from Gulf.
