SSP. An excellent and well displaying example of this scarce C. 1920's Porcelain Lighthouse Sign for Gulf Gasoline showing large Gulf disc graphic as well as Driving Car. CONDITION: Sign is overall excellent and well displaying showing excellent color & gloss throughout the majority of the field. The top portion of the sign is chip free in the field showing clean lettering with only a minimal amount of light wear. Sign shows one repaired chip just above the Car graphic in the white as well as some minor spots of restoration in the lower blue portion near the edge. The Car graphic is overall very clean and the outer edge shows light chipping at the mounting holes. A well displaying example of this highly sought after Sign from Gulf.
