Manufactured in 1920. Fit with a blued 24" Winchester proof steel octagon barrel chambered in .38-40 with a full-length magazine tube, drift adjustable blade front sight, and elevation adjustable rear. 2-piece plain walnut stock with steel nose cap and crescent rifle butt plate. CONDITION: Good. Barrel retains the vast majority of its factory-applied blued finish with some edge wear. Receiver, nose cap, and butt plate have been cleaned bright with some light evidence of older oxidation. Stocks are fine as refreshed, showing only light impressions. Very fine bright bore showing well defined rifling throughout. Mechanically fine.
